FORBLUE™ S-SERIES
FORBLUE™ S-SERIES is a high-performance membrane designed for Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) water electrolysis. Featuring proton-selective permeability and low resistance, this membrane ensures efficient ion exchange, contributing to high-performance hydrogen production. Reinforced with fluoropolymer fabric, it offers both strength and durability, making it ideal for long-term energy applications.
FORBLUE™ i-SERIES
FORBLUE™ i-SERIES is a standard ionomer dispersion employed as an electrode ionomer in PEM Fuel Cells. It enables the formation of durable catalyst layers, enhancing the longevity and efficiency of fuel cell systems. This material is essential for creating reliable, high-performing electrodes, supporting sustainable hydrogen fuel cell technology.
FORBLUE™ SELEMION™
FORBLUE™ SELEMION™ offers a range of membrane options, including those for Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) water electrolysis separators. These membranes provide high selectivity and excellent handling properties, making them vital for efficient hydrogen production and separation processes in energy applications.
High Thermal Insulation Ceramics Wall
High thermal insulation ceramics wall for glass furnace is composed of multiple layered of high thermal insulation and high temperature resistance, withstanding up to 1,700°C. By leveraging these energy-efficient materials, operational costs are reduced through lower fuel consumption, significantly enhancing energy-saving efficiency. In addition, as it does not contain any RCF (refractory-ceramics-fiber), safety working environment at installation and demolition is secured. We would like to assist the energy saving and support energy-efficient furnace designs in proposing optimum solutions according to the equipment or operation conditions.
Hyper Regenerator
“Hyper Regenerator” has a beneficial effect on energy saving.
A core technology of the “Hyper Regenerator” is double-pass regenerator,plus High Thermal Insulation Ceramics Wall, which has high thermal insulating properties is used for sealing. Through the close relationship with AGC Group, that is, Flat glass. LCD glass and Special glass, AGCC has accumulated various technologies and solutions by developing new materials plus improving technologies. Furthermore, since early 1970’s, AGCC has supported and constructed lots of “High Cost-Performance Glass Furnaces” with our refractory supply.
Waste Gas Recovery Incinerator
With regards to Waste to Energy facility, many waste incinerator power generation operations have been carried out in recent years.The water piping wall of waste incinerator boiler mainly uses SiC refractory with high thermal conductivity. As the environment inside the furnace is very harsh, refractory must have high durability in addition to thermal conductivity. In response to this requirement, AGC Ceramics presents silicon nitride bonded SiC tiles as a solution. Silicon nitride bonded SiC has high thermal conductivity as well as oxidation resistance characteristics. In particular, it has excellent resistance to oxidation from incinerator steam.
